First Class

Weightlifting 101

This class is designed to develop your full body strength! Each class includes 8 strength exercises with perfect form and control to hit the whole body. Plus, we always end with a finisher exercise to make sure you leave with those post-workout endorphins rushing round your body!

Aerobics

A high energy cardio workout to motivating music, ideal for all fitness levels. You will get unparalleled fitness results as your Houston Fitness Gym instructor coaches you through flat roads, hills, intervals, and more.

Jumpstart Strength

It’s time to change up your routine and your scenery with both in-gym and outdoor JUMPSTART classes. JUMPSTART offers a full-body, large group training workout led by a Certified Houston Fitness Gym Coach and geared for all fitness levels.

Fourth Training

Yoga

A slow-paced traditional Yoga class focusing on simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. A perfect class for those new to Yoga or looking for a low intensity practice.
